Our clients think Soul-Centered Collaborative is a shining star in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging field.
After a recent leadership workshop, we distributed a survey. Survey respondents overwhelmingly felt the workshop was valuable. One respondent described our opening session, saying: “It was a strong frame for the day and allowed us to get to know each other more deeply. This basis of relationship facilitated the transition to more difficult topics.”
Another respondent talked about the value of hearing student voices during the session, saying, “It is so very important for us to hear from our students in order to learn how to grow as a school. Many of those comments were difficult to read, but so very necessary if we are ever to engage in a dialogue about how to better serve ALL of our student body. “
